Unlike traditional chemical peels with only a few days of peeling, the Enlighten Peel is unique in that it provides continuous exfoliating and lightening through a complete 28 day skin cell turnover cycle to deliver long lasting depigmentation results. Enlighten'" Peel contains multiple proprietary peeling agents and botaniceutical lightening agents to balance between high efficacy and safety. Remarkable improvements with just one treatment are achieved with reducing hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne scars, age spots, sun damage and much more. 3-4 treatments per year of the Enlighten Peel are recommended for optimal results. What to expect: The Enlighten is applied as a thick even layer mask that needs to be kept on for 8 to 12 hours with minimal downtime. You should see heavy flaking during the first week, which will gradually subside over time. The peeling will be finished in 3-4 weeks, but the results will continue to improve. During this time, the Enlighten will stimulate cell turnover and exfoliate the upper surface of the skin to lift existing pigmentation, irregularities, or blemishes. It will continuously inhibit discolored pigmentation at the dermal level to equalize skin tone. You will see full results in 4 to 8 weeks.
